Axisymmetric Case with No Physical Boundary for Rotation
1 Attachment(s)
Hi
I am going to model the air flow between two vertical concentric pipes. The thermal boundary conditions are constant temperature on the inner pipe and adiabatic on the outer wall. This is a 2D axisymmetric problem. But my issue is that in this case, axis of symmetry (axis of rotation) is not a physical boundary (axis of rotation is placed in the center of pipe which is not part of the solution domain). I don’t know how to convert my 2D Cartesian mesh to a 2D cylindrical mesh?? Thanks Bobby Kamkari |
