Hallo everybody,

I'm new at openfoam and I have try to solve a problem by myself. But I have no idea how I can do what I want with openfoam, maybe you can help me.

I want to make a visualization/calculation of influence of acoustic field on axial laminar jet with openfoam. This case is discribing by Yarin in "Flow characteristics of an aerodynamic acoustic levitator"?

Maybe you know other methods how I can make a calculation of this problem?

Any help will be great

Hey Ultrasound,

just found this thread of yours. I’m working on levitation experiments myself and I want to simulate these experiments using OF. So, it would be very interesting for me to know if/how you were able to solve the problem you described.
