flowVelocity in an angle

Hi all
is there a way to set the flow direction in an angle. my control volume is a cylinder. i am trying to study the atmospheric wind for an offshore platform. any help will be appreciated |

What is your input file for U? This is located at 0/ directory.
You need to enter there the flow direction [ux uy uz] that are the components of freestream velocity. You can derive them with alpha and beta angles of your flow. |
