Surface Tension issue in MultiphaseInterFoam

Hi, Foamers;
I am trying to simulate dambreak Tutorial case with multiphaseInterFoam. Why tutorial uses same surface tension for murcury, oil and water in transport properties utility. Please, guide me about this concept. Thanks |
