Skewed hexahedral mesh in LES

Hi. I'm trying to simulate a turbulent flow with a plate in it. I wanted to use a similar mesh as the one shown below. I'm using oneEddyEq model in OpenFoam. When I run the model the velocity field goes to the roof for very small time step. If I increase the time step, then the courant number blows up. I used the same exact mesh in Fluent and it runs.

I was wondering if OpenFoam can deal with this kind of mesh elements or if the oneEqEddy model has a problem with it. Any suggestions or recomedations will be appreciated. Thanks
