does anybody know or can even state where the formulas in continuityErrs.H come from? Cheers in advance |

Hi Claus,
check out this old thread: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...ty-errors.html the continuity error is calculated by div(phi) what gives you the phase flux. The sum of the flux through all faces of a numerical cell should be zero. The continuity error adds all deviations. I hope this helps. Regards Fabian |
