Isosurfaces in OF

Hi, i have a question for you.
i know that in FLUENT is possible to make some isosurfaces on my patch, for example the patch wall (in my case a wing).
i need to get these isosurfaces because i have to export the pressure coefficient on 9 sections of my wing.
do you know if this is possible also with openFoam?? maybe with the sample utility?? and how??

p.s. in fluent i get isosurface specifying the y-coordinate

thanks all
