Is it possible to give boundary values at discrete points on boundary patch?

The whole problem is already discretized, can you be more specific?

groovyBC and swak4Foam are probably libraries that you can use for your specific needs.

Lets say at inlet I want to specify 100 values of U at 100 grid points. The U values may or may not be analytical.

A specific case can be parabolic velocity at inlet. But in my case, I don't know any such analytic function. All I have is u,v,w values for x,y,z coordinates of cell centers in the patch.

How can I implement such a BC?

Meanwhile I will have a look at groovyBC and swak4Foam also.

Thank you for the help!

groovyBC is just a predecessor of swak4Foam, you can use it if you have nice analytic expression for the BC in known variables.

If you have raw data, you can give that as a boundary condition in the form of a list. I don't know the exact syntax, but it is pretty straightforward.
