Multi Grid with GAMG agglomerator

Dear all,

I am working on a tool to coarsen a given HEX-mesh. The coarsening is done with the GAMGAgglomerator class. Assume you have a (10x10x10) cube, then the agglomeroator would give you a (5x5x5) cube, i.e., a coarse face is made up of four fine faces. I am leaving the boundary faces as they are on the fine mesh. The agglomerator then produces polyhedra cells adjacent to the boundary (which I think must be due to the fine boundary faces) and coarse hex cells internal (see the pic below)

These polyhedra cells mess up my quality criteria, they should be hex cells as well. Can someone enlighten me if there is a workaround in order to keep the original boundary face structure?

Thanks
Fabian
