Multi Grid with GAMG agglomerator
Dear all,
I am working on a tool to coarsen a given HEX-mesh. The coarsening is done with the GAMGAgglomerator class. Assume you have a (10x10x10) cube, then the agglomeroator would give you a (5x5x5) cube, i.e., a coarse face is made up of four fine faces. I am leaving the boundary faces as they are on the fine mesh. The agglomerator then produces polyhedra cells adjacent to the boundary (which I think must be due to the fine boundary faces) and coarse hex cells internal (see the pic below) http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images...ubecorner.png/ These polyhedra cells mess up my quality criteria, they should be hex cells as well. Can someone enlighten me if there is a workaround in order to keep the original boundary face structure? Thanks Fabian |
