Hi all
My and my colleague have a many occasions discussed the actual method employed for the different schemes.
The temporal scheme is referred to as implicit, but how can a temporal scheme do anything but advancing in time.
I am more interested in the advective and diffusive schemes, are they implicit or explicit? I guess we can mix it up an so on, but what they actually are should be written in a more obvious way.
Regards
