OF_NACA is on a distinguished road
Dear foamers,

I'm quite new in OpenFoam (V 1.7). I'm working on hydrodynamic efforts on NACA 0015 and NACA 312 66, in 2D. I've already worked on steady state with simpleFoam / pisoFoam solvers ( with spalart allmaras and k omega SST turbulence models) and now I'd like to work on a dynamic mesh solver with an automatic mesh motion. I've run the "wingMotion" tutorial but I still have some questions :

1- Does somebody know how to implement a foil motion (forced motion) which is not exactly a sinus ? And which dynamic solver is the most appropriate in this case ?
2- Does somebody know how to generate a .obj file ? In steady state I've worked with .msh file generated with GAMBIT but it seems to be easier to work with blockMeshDict, snappyHexMesh and .obj files with a dynamic mesh solver ...

Thanks in advance
with regards

MA Lorin
