what is the magneticFoam for in the OpenFOAM 2.0.0

I have viewed the code of magneticFoam in the OpenFOAM 2.0.0.The code does not involve any equations.what is the code meaning and how to use the magneticFoam.

From the source.
Quote:

Description
Solver for the magnetic field generated by permanent magnets.

A Poisson's equation for the magnetic scalar potential psi is solved
from which the magnetic field intensity H and magnetic flux density B
are obtained. The paramagnetic particle force field (H dot grad(H))
is optionally available.
On line 80 you see which equation is solved.

Thanks.I did not read the code in detail.

searching for an example

Hello,
is there anyone having a working example of this magneticFoam? Inside tutorials/electromagnetics/ I have electrostaticFoam and mhdFoam only!
Thank you for sharing,

Greetings to all!

Another thread thread was created last 7th of December and a case is now available in that thread here: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...tml#post336913 post #12.
Feel free to chip in with experience you may have so the case can evolve into something more meaningful than a mere sandbox case.

If that case would evolve into a page at openfoamwiki.net similarly to http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Ho...ure_to_icoFoam , that would be awesome :)

Best regards,
Bruno
