reconstructed velocity in InterFoam

Default reconstructed velocity in InterFoam

Hi all,
one question about pEqn.H in interFoam.
Why the velocities are reconstructed like:

U += rAU*fvc::reconstruct((phi - phiU)/rAUf);

instead of

U -= rAU*fvc::grad(p_rgh) (This is what is done in most of the other solvers)

Why is there (phi-phiU)?
