extract velocity of each cell in last time step??

Is there (in openFoam or paraView) any function to extract velocity in last time step in the x direction from each cell?

I do case cavity 2D, and i need data velocity in the x direction.. to create special graphs

use paraview, in the last time step!
the filter > integrate variable
then save data as csv

then you will have all variable in all cell! in one spreadsheet

Its works very well, :D but before you answer, i'm also find solution. velocity is also save in file U in every time step. :) but select filters is simpler
