Inport Plot3D in Openfoam

Hi,

I have a single block grid in plot3D that I want to import in Openfoam. I managed to do it with plot3DtoFoam but when i look at the boundary file created, there is only one.
How could I import a single or a multiblock structured grid in openfoam and keep my boudaries description?

Many thanks,

Yannick

Hi,

You can use the "autoPatch" utility after executing the plot3dToFoam command.

<usage>
autoPatch [feature angle] [-overwrite]
e.g. autoPatch 80

If you use this command, the defaultFaces will be divided into patches based on your specified feature angle.

Fumiya
