Default Creating an internal baffle/patch in a Netgen mesh

Hi

I wish to create some internal patches in a mesh generated by netgen.

Can i create them on the mesh itself, or do i have to create them in the *.geo geometric definition file of my mesh?

Can someone provide me with an example of how to do this...?
