When I convert OpenFoam results to Fluent , how to see boundary conditions of case in fluent?because of this i am unable to check properties at boundary.

Why don't you use Paraview instead? What is the reason to convert your results to Fluent format? They don't have nice visualization options and you need to convert all your data first. If you use Paraview, you don't have to convert data + you have nice visualization.
