Can FSI be run on parallel?

Greetings, dear Foamers.

Is there any possibility to run icoFsiFoam in parallel? I tried to search on forum and it seems that icoFsiFoam runs only on single core. Does anyone know, this situation changed?

Hi Aleksey,

I have an FSI solver (icoFoam with large strain solid) that works in parallel.

If you PM me your email then I can send it to you.

Dear Philip, could send me this solver too? I'm having a lot of difficulties to run FSI in OpenFOAM.

Hi fatemeh,

The solver has been included in the solidMechanics feature branch of OpenFOAM-1.6-ext, as explained here.
