problem about the official training course~

HI, dear all:

I am thinking about take the official training course from the OpenCFD company.

Do anyone have any opinion about the course? is it helpful and worthwhile?

Hi Haomin,
I participated in the advanced course in november of 2010 and found it very helpful. Although the topics were more advanced than I needed, they helped me to understand the programming issues of the code.
Before the course, I had done many tutorials and studied the code by myself. So, the course was a good opportunity to supplement my knowledge, asking a lot of questions to the instructor (Dr. Chris Greenshilds), who is a very cooperative person.

Hello,

I also attended both "Foundation" and "Advanced" courses with Chris Greenshields. It was very instructive and useful. I recommend to take a look at the code before going to the course as it is very dense. It might be helpful to be familiar with some aspect of the code.
