Yann will become famous soon enough
Hi,

You can run the case as it is after changing the orientation of gravity in the file constant/g to get the desired angle.

Cheers,
Yann

I mean you can keep the original dambreak case (not tilted) and change the orientation of the gravity vector. You will be able to run everything like in the original case, since the coordinate system does not change. You just have to rotate the whole case in paraview during post-processing for a better representation of the problem

EDIT: another way around is to start with the same case as the original damBreak case, run blockMesh and setFields and then use the transformPoints utility to rotate the mesh and fields before running interFoam. Something like this:

Code:
transformPoints -rotate-angle '((0 0 1) -50)' -rotateFields

Cheers,

Yann

We cannot set fields as per in diagram uploaded above

I tried the solution I gave you on the damBreak case and it works fine.

Can you elaborate about what you are doing and what does not work?
