Hi everyone
I am simulating the water flow in a pipe using openFOAM 1.6. I use LES, channelFoam and directmapped. When running the case I get the following error:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Did not find sample (0.0144554 0.00104187 0.45) on any processor of regionregion0

Does anyone know what the problem is?

I think it is a bug.
It should be fixed in 1.7

Thanks for your comment.
The problem was that I had missed this fact that offset is a vector and the direction of it is from the patch(in my case inlet patch) to the offset plane.
