I have been able to use the calculator to modify some of my scalar vectors for point data in Paraview. The next thing I need to do is sum all the values in the vector to obtain a single scalar for each time step in the dataset I'm looking at. There does not appear to be a way to do this using the regular calculator. Can this be done using the Python calculator? If not, then the programmable filter? I'm struggling with understanding the documentation for these and how it might apply for me.
