hi, my English is not good, but i will try my best to describe my question.
Here is the problem: I'm using ParaView4.0.1 - 32bit on windows 7. I used the command "mpiexec.exe -np 2 -host localhost pvserver.exe", two pvserver processes was started and worked fine. But if I want to start 4 pvserver processes , 2 on computer1 and 2 on computer2, what command should I use? Last edited by Sia; October 30, 2013 at 05:31. Reason: typed wrong |

Greetings Sia and welcome to the forum!
I see that you've read this post: http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/par...tml#post457840 - post #4 Since ParaView 4.0.1 on Windows uses Open-MPI, therefore these instructions should work: http://www.open-mpi.org/faq/?categor...imple-spmd-run Best regards, Bruno
