paraview after installation problem (illegal instruction core dumped)

I have a problem in starting paraview. In fact when I start it this error message appeare in the terminal

illegal instruction (core dumped)

You ever seen this error?

I istalled the last version of Openfoam in a virtualmachine with ubuntu 12.04 a 32bit

I'm running Xubuntu 13.10 on a VirtualBox (the machine is 64bits but the VirtualBox Xubuntu is 32bits), I installed openFoam / paraFoam according to the tutorial without any trouble and when I'm at testing, I get the same message ...

I have to try with the 64bit version...

I went to bios to activate the VT option ... which allowed the VirtualBox to run more than one processor (I set it to 2) and it's running now ...
