I would like to extract a certain number of cells out of my model, based on informations defined by a cell_data vector. In particular, I would like to use the "extract selection" filter on all the cells which have a displacement lesser or equal to a given value. I would need to do this automatically at every step, since the displacement is obviously varying with respect to time.
Any idea?

Hi Alessandro,

The "Threshold" filter is able to extract only the cells with values within a certain range.
Problem is (if my memory doesn't fail me) that this filter only operates based on a scalar field, which means that you might need the "Calculator" filter to do some calculations first... for example, to calculate the magnitude of the displacement.
