i want to set up a PV-Server on my cluster but I have a doubt about the following sentence: Code:
use the OSMesa solution if and only if your server hardware does not have rendering hardware My cluster has an onboard grafic card but that is not build for rendering: Code:
Matrox G200 16MB DDR2 Regards tobi

Hi Bruno,
thanks for your replay. I installed OSMesa from deb files and compiled ccmake. At the moment I am compiling paraview (hope with the correct settings). How can I check if everything is working well after compiling?

Hi Bruno,
thanks for your replay but first I have to set up my paraview correct. There were one error while compiling pv. Have to investigate more time to that. Maybe I will compile OSMesa too but there are some packages missing hence I installed them. Well I will keep you posted.
