How do I write a .xdmf for a domain that vary at time? Some one can give me an example or indicate some place where I can find the answer?

When you save your data in ParaView 4.4 as .xsm file there are options two options:
Write All Time Steps and Mesh Static Over Time. If you mark the former box and leave the latter box unmarked I think ParaView should write the mesh to each time step.
