Hello everybody!
I'm using a light Ubuntu version (Xfce) on a remote machine (via RDP) and I want to visualize results of CFD anlysis there. Unfortunately, I can start Paraview but when it loads the results, I can see nothing. I guess this is because Xfce doesn't support the full graphics of Paraview. Do you know if there is a light version of Paraview that runs also in Xfce or do you know another light desktop environment that could work for a remote connection or do you know what I cand do to make it run? Thank you!

Hi,
it should work with Xfce. Do you have any software rendering acceleration installed in that machine? "Mesa 3D Graphics" it's a good option, if you need one. |
