Hi,
I've tried to perform a particle trace simulation on a big dataset with a lot of particles. The first steps run quite fast - about a minute for a step, however after 50th step the new image is generated after 2 minutes; then after 5, 10, 12 and so on minutes. As I understand the computation of particle trace doesn't support multicore acceleration. Does anybody knows how to speed up the computation ? Thanks. |
