Hello
I have a problem in Binarization ofimages in paraview. I utilized ImageJ to import sequence of tomogram images. When I saved the sequence of Images in ImageJ, I received this error : Stack is larger than 4GB. Most TIFF readers will only open the first image. Use this information to open as raw: name=Untitled, dir=, width=780, height=780, nImages=1892, offset=85719, type=float, byteOrder=big, format=0, url=, whiteIsZero=f, lutSize=0, comp=1, ranges=null, samples=1 So my problem is that paraview only opens the first image of the sequence, How can I fix this issue? |
