Visualisation issue, lack of tetrahedron and vtkValidPointMask

Hi !

I work with ParaView as a post-processor for hydrogeological modelling. I try to compute a steady state solution in a 3D unstructured grid for validation of my software but I got some issue with the visualisation.

My output from my software is a vtk file with 2 field, hydraulic head and velocities. When I try to import it in ParaView, there seems to have a lack of tetrahedron as you see in picture attached. Moreover, when I try to compute the flow through a specified face using "Resample with Dataset" ans "Surface Flow", I got the wrong value du to these lack of tetrahedron. I discover hiden tetrahedron have the field "vtkValidPointMask" set to 0.

I can reproduce this issue on older version of ParaView and on Windows and Linux.

Can you help me to discover what the problem is about ?

I attached the vtk input file with txt extension, the specified face in txt extension (normally with '.stl' extension) and other picture describing my problem.

Thanks for your help,
Moise
