PDF of velocity values from a VTK file with some constraints

I need to build a small Python script to generate a Probability Density Function of velocity values from a VTK file.
I have two arrays called flag and velocity and I want to generate a PDF of only one of the three components of velocity only when flag has values of 0 and 0.5 (at these values you have a cell of fluid). Another feature is that I want to consider only a range of slices along the axial direction of my VTK file (for example from 50 to 200). |
