In my first simulation, which is not a tutorial in the package, it seems that the results opened in paraView only include the data on the surfaces. Is this a problem from the simulaiton or some setting in paraView
Mesh genereated with Gmsh (mesh seems fine) gmshToFoam gives a warning about undefined faces, but from other posts I gather that tis is not to worry about. Simulation with icoFoam (no warnings or anything suspicious in the log) paraFoam seems to open the case fine Hope you can help this new user... |

Now I found the "Information" window, and it seems that all the data have been read. The number of cells match. But still, the only data rendered are those on the surface.
Also, it is not possible to create a filter. They are all inactive... |

I think I misunderstood paraView. In any case, if I create slices and apply glyph filters on them, I can see all my data.
Sorry |
