Plotting agrowing boundary wrt time
 

Hi!
I need to generate a graph of average radius of a circle growing wrt time. The boundary of circle is decided by a parameter alpha where alpha varies linearly between 1 and 0 and the area with alpha>0.5 is inscribed in the circle. Any help on how to do this would be appreciated. I am using paraview 4. Thanks.
