Hi All,

I'm trying to calculate the vorticity thickness for a jet flow from an openfoam RANS simulation.

The formula I found for doing this is:
\delta=\left(\frac{\Delta U}{\left|\partial u_{1} / \partial x_{2}\right| \max }\right)_{x=0}

I'm slightly stuck as I don't really understand the formula. Could someone explain how I can code this formula in ParaView?

Thanks
