Default gfortran binary VTK files for Paraview

After taking some time to get the hang of "unformatted" binary files in gfortran... I post this to help other users who are doing the same thing:

Here is the gfortran code and compiler options, for a short test program which creates Paraview "UNSTRUCTURED_GRID" VTK files in ascii and binary (2 cells).
