faulty streamlines - octree mesh
 

I have generated an octree mesh available here (unstructured vtk binary):

But in Paraview, the streamlines are not continuous - they get halted by the cell transitions (wherever thers a change in refinement level).


Its as though the mesh doesnt know that a cell face has 4 neighbour cells on one side. Any ideas? Thanks.
