modify q1 file in Phoenics to add schemes for convection

I want to insert the QUICK scheme in my Q1 file of Phoenics..
My code ls
but my problem is WHERE do i insert this code ?

Can you please guide me?

SPEDATs usually go in Group 19 of Q1. But it doesn't actually matter.
