Since upgrading to Windows 10, my private Earth executables will not run.

The public version still runs fine, but the private ones have an application error, displayed as follows:

I have tried with versions built before the upgrade to Windows 10 and these do not work either. I am using the same version of VS (2013 Community) and same Intel Fortran Compiler as before the Windows 10 upgrade.

Is this a known issue with Windows 10 and is there a solution?

After the format, several computer auto updated again to 2004. right now my only workaround it to set the adapter in metered connection mode to stop the updates.
