I have next geometry from Phoenics 3.3
<img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image002.jpg> And I want to calculate Heat Transfer Coefficient along fins. <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image003.gif> This is Temperature distribution in solid along Z of central fin. <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image004.gif> STAN is max of Stn_turb and Stn_lam <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image005.gif> As you can see, STAN greater to conners of channel <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image006.gif> It's look like good, but: <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image1.gif> <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image2.gif> <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image3.gif> <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image4.gif> <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image5.gif> <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image6.gif> And after that we have: <img src=http://htex.mpei.ac.ru/~krinitsky/img/image7.gif> Where AlfaNorm is Alfa0 and Alfa1 from STAN But to corner is higher!!! Why? |
