Default Impingement Cooling

Hello! Everybody I am a new user for Phoenics. I want to predict the Flow field and Heat transfer for impinging jet(air jet impinge normally to a flat plate). But the standard k-ep model did not show good result when compare to experimental results. particularly in impingement region. So, I try other low-re models, but the calculation 's not convergence. How should I do?
