What do you want to simulate?

Try loading up a similar library case modifing the geometry to suit. Most library cases are in 3D unless otherwise noted.

Also have a look at the tutorials provided with Phoenics, (found in POLIS), these should also help you understand how to set up a case, how to run a case and how to view the results.
