seting values for coefficients and parameters

I have recently started to examine a two phase flow in a horizontal pipe with Phoenics.I came across many coefficients and parameters(for e.g in turbulence models).I would be gratefull if someone could help me with finding the appropriate values for each parameter.Is there any place I can look for?
