how to calculate the tubulence dissipation rate? how to calculate the turbulence scale ?

It is difficult to answer these questions because the background and context is not explained. The rate of dissipation of turbulence energy is computed directly when using the k-e model (the variable EP). If you store the variable LEN1, The turbulence length scale will also be computed and printed to the result and phi files.
