HI ALL PL Tell me what is the purpose of TCL\TK shipped with phoenics 3.6.1, is it for for developing some API with phoenics

so that things like shapemaker and AC3D can run. Look it up on the internet, it is for gaphics really and i think one of its advantages is that it is platform independent.
