Default CFD of broken pipe flow

new Phoenics user need help, plz

Hi there I am a college student whos not longer using Phoenics. i trid import some STI to phoenics, then everything is ok, the shape and the crack on the pipe, but after i 'RUN'. It did not solved the problem where of hole which located on a pipe. i am simulate the flow passing a broken pipe , so the problem is i can't see any happen on the point of crack after 'RUN' please tell me something i missed or i don't know. thank you guys
