Hi all, I am new to the forum and thanks for having me. I am about to sit down with my first copy of phoenics, heres what I need it to do, but before I sit here for 100 hours learning the interface I feel it prudent I ask before I continue...

I need to model a fuel injector. In many oil burner and kerosene nozzle, there are internal bodies that rotate or spin the flow of liquid causing a fine atomisation at the tip of the nozzle as the fluid speeds up its RPM as its constriced down to the orifice. I have modelled several different injector's which I can export to STL easily enough, though can phoenics model a flow in a pipe around lets say a screw for example, down to a tiny orifice and show what will happen when it reaches the air at the tip and up to a few inches from the nozzle? Will it be hard to tell if its atomised in the air? THanks for your time gentlemen, I look foward to seeing what this program can do. Best wishes. Mangy.
