Default How to make moving objects problem converge?

Hi everybody. I am simulating the moving objects problem with Phoenics. I just builted the model by modifying the library case V119,but it can not go to converge.The error for velocity is almost staying at the level of 2000% without any change. Would you please tell me how to do?
