Can anyone tell me how do I create a continous concentration distribution using the VR tool in phoenics.....not the slicing tools......how do i make the complete cuboid appear as if its filled? and not simply the x, y or z planes????

You mean the entire volume of your model? That's no standard option in the VR viewer. What can easily be done is using isosurfaces (button in vr viewer). This will give the 3D-distribution of all cells with the same given value of given variable. Is that what you want?
