Inlet boundary condition

I am simulating flow in a duct containing rod bundle. I have simulated till a particular length but still haven't obtained fully developed profiles. Is it possible to use the velocity profile distribution at the exit of the channel for starting the simulation again. It would be like just adding on to the length I have already simulated. Is there any provision for inputing such a boundary condition in PHOENICS, where the inlet flow can be specified by the outlet flow distribution obtained in a previous simulation?
Thanks
